Introducing the Lopolight White Series Lights

The LOPOLIGHT PRODUCT RANGE HAS BEEN EXPANDED WITH the WHITE SERIES LIGHTS

Until now it has not been possible to create such a surface that was feasible in a production environment and acceptable to the Lopolight quality standards.

Thankfully the wait is over, and Lopolight can now offer a range of LED navigation and deck/interior lights in a white finish.

The technical solution is quite impressive. Lopolights are normally presented with an anodized surface, 25 microns for the grey/silver version or 50 microns for the black version.

RESISTANT TO LIGHT, LIQUIDS AND PARTICLES

The white that Lopolight have chosen is RAL 9010, in the Awlgrip world known as Snow white.

The process that gives the white light series is possibly even better and stronger: Initially the aluminium components are anodised but the process is interrupted before the normal sealing and colouring process; and the ‘open pored’ components are immediately sprayed with a super-thin ceramic coating that has the colour of choice.

The coating is a proven process ‘Cerakote’. The combination of anodizing and coating creates a very tough and beautiful surface.
