In 2007, Shadow-Caster was formed by Brian Rogers and Jeff Pound and soon became a well-known Marine Lighting and Controls company. With experience developing military hardware and high performance optical and electrical systems, the two came together to create surface mount underwater lights designed specifically for the corrosive saltwater environment.
