Kings Oak House, Northwood, London

Kings Oak House is a stunning modern property with over 10,000 SQFT, situated in the highly sought after location of Northwood, some 17 miles north west of central London.

In order to compliment the quality of the build and interior finish, including a control system that could manage the most demanding of specification, a product that would enhance the luxurious interior was sought. Vimar’s Home Automation system ‘By-me’ was selected, complimented with the coordinated Luxury Eikon Evo range of standard wiring devices and cover plates, plus seamless integration into third party AV systems, namely Core Brands Elan. Full HVAC integration was achieved using KNX, combining 3rd party cycled hot water, heating and cooling systems with ease.
