We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager

IMP is looking for a skilled and driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with globally recognised brands such as Vimar, JBL, Trivum, and Genuit, and to play a key role in shaping the future of smart living and high-end design solutions across the UK.

Your Role:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the home automation, A/V, and decorative lighting sectors.

Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximise long-term value Lead complex projects, ensuring all specifications are met through to completion.

Represent IMP at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless project delivery Provide strategic insights and regular reporting to support company growth.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in business development or sales within the smart home, A/V, or lighting industry.

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving growth targets.

Technical understanding of evolving products and technologies.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on client satisfaction
